Vision
St. Adalbert School provides the highest possible educational and extracurricular programs grounded in the Catholic tradition. We educate the whole child and offer opportunities for students to grow with their families and their faith. We strive for every student to be leaders, life-long learners and beacons of light in their communities and in the world.
Core Values
Justice
Students/teachers/families are involved in service activities. We actively support the needs of our school families.
Students are informed of world and community events in an unbiased manner, using school classroom discussions, while .encouraging students to have a voice in how they can impact their own community and world.
There are visible signs of social justice in the classrooms and school.
We collaboratively exercise justice through appropriate decisions and responses to each other.
We accept responsibility for our learning and actions.
Community
We practice honest communication to all members of community. We establish trust among staff, students, and parents.

Faith
We know and believe in the mission of our school and make decisions toward achieving that mission.
We pray in classrooms – keeping others in our prayers regularly. Prayer corners are visible and used regularly.
We attend mass and prayer services weekly.
We have religious instruction to boost our knowledge of the catechism and church history.
Our values and norms reflect the teachings of Jesus.
We engage our families and parish community to be a part of the faith-school experience.
Our teachers and staff practice our faith in order to strengthen our student’s faith growth and experience.

Service
We support the needs of our community through food drives, clothing drives, and charitable giving.
We provide opportunities to our students to be good stewards of Christ in their community.
Students serve one another in school activities to model Christian values to each other.
Teachers offer time to participate in afterschool co-curricular or enrichment activities.
